OUR HISTORY

JUDANTE Building Solutions was formally established in April 2010 by Justin, Dane and Tenille Thomson. The name JUDANTE, is derived from their names respectively. Jointly they share a passion for the built environment, entrepreneurship and business development.

They shared a vision of being partners in business to establish a building contracting brand that will leave a legacy and stand the test of time. JUDANTE evolved out of a former family run Building & Maintenance company with 17years experience operating in the Western Cape building industry. As the next generation JUDANTE brings a modern edge for service delivery embracing technological innovations focused on enhancing clients’ service experience.

Justin Thomson, Operations Director, studied ND Building at CPUT and also acquired his COP (Certificate of Insurance Proficiency). He is the Snr building advisor with 11 years’ experience as a Project Manager/ Building Cost Estimator. Responsible for ensuring all contracts are executed within the budgeted cost and time frames as well as to correct quality standards.

Dane Thomson, Managing Director, a UNISA Bcom Marketing Graduate with 5 years’ experience as a General Business Manager. Responsible for the Financial Management, General Administration and Business Development.

Tenille Thomson, Professional Quantity Surveyor with 10years experience in the construction sector and undertaking developments ranging from shopping centres, stadiums, residential complexes to high rise buildings. Tenille is a UCT QS Honours Graduate as well as a successful candidate of the UCT Graduate School of Business Property Development course. Responsible for ensuring all contracts are feasible and managed to a professional standard.

We provide our services to various sectors of the Western Cape Building Industry, namely the Property Management, Insurance, Direct/Private and Government sectors.

OUR VALUES

From experience we have come to learn that many home owners and property managers in the past have had poor experiences with building contractors and have justified reasons for having a negative perception towards building contractors in general. From poor quality, poor service to non-delivery and running away after being paid.
